1. General Information

All stated delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. The delivery period begins after receipt of your full payment. For payment in advance, the period begins on the day the payment is received in our account.
2. Shipping Provider
We ship your order with DPD. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link, which allows you to track the current status of your shipment at any time.

4. Delivery Delays
The stated delivery times are guidelines and may be extended in the following cases:
- In the event of increased order volumes, such as seasonal peaks or holidays
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as strikes, natural disasters, or official measures
- For deliveries to remote regions or islands
- In the case of customs inspections for international shipments
If your delivery is significantly delayed, we will proactively inform you by email.
5. International Shipments & Customs Information
For deliveries outside the European Union such as to the USA, additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply, which are charged by the respective destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the recipient. We recommend contacting the relevant customs authorities in your country in advance for more information.
